It wasn't with me for long and so I didn't develop such a deep fondness for it (as I quite often do with other pieces) but I was sorry to see it go. Don't get me wrong. I was also happy to see it go as it meant a sale for me
It didn't exactly fly off the shelf either although it got a lot of sideways glances and ogling. In the end it tickled the fancy of its buyer, who had to go away and think long and hard about parting with the money it cost and then came back and took it off with her, almost skipping away in glee. So you see, I find consolation in knowing that it has gone off to a happy home.
