Looking after your skin from the inside
You have to look after your skin from the inside as well as from the outside. Here are some dos and don'ts to help look after your skin from the inside
1. Drink plenty of water - about 2 litres a day
2. Take plenty of rest, sleep lots (up to 8 hours a day)
3. Avoid processed food. They have far too much sugar, salt and preservatives in them
4. Eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegtable
5. Make sure your diet consists of plenty of protein
6. Don't drink too much coffee
7. Get plenty of fresh air every day
8. Get plenty of exerecise daily
9. Don't drink too much alcohol
And besides all the above and to look after your skin from the outside, you should use natural skincare and cosmetics free from preservatives, artifical additives, parabens, artificial fragrances or colours
